In this Crusader Kings 2 campaign, using the Game of Thrones mod, I play as King Vensys I of House Targaryen the King of Westeros. The goal is to take the over the Westeros and convert the people from the Old Gods and the Seven to the Valyrian Gods.

My rules on using the dragon conquest cb the time starts after the war ends:
For a Kingdoms I can't use the cb for 5 years.
For High Lords (Duke titles) I can't use the cb for 2 years.
And for counts I can't use the cb for 1 year.
